For me, this piece captures a bit of the feeling of walking through the Himalayas. I’m always bowled over by their sheer size and grandeur, and how they always dominate the horizon, simultaneously humbling and inspiring me. I also wanted to capture the feeling of peace and mental spaciousness that comes from walking quietly along long mountain paths. It’s a wonderful feeling, and I’m grateful to have spent as much time as I did in nature.
