Welcome to the Tibetan Studies Website. The 2019 Tibetan Studies participants have put together this website in order to show what we have learned during our time in Northern India studying about the Tibetan people and Tibetan culture, as well as what we have gained from living in Northern India for the past four months. Thank you for your interest in Tibetan Studies and for visiting our site.

 

We have split our site into five main sections: Blogs, Articles, Art, Travel Tips for Northern India, and Links. Feel free to look through  each of them. If you click on the blogs, they will allow you to read about what this Program has been like for us. The article tab provides you with a drop down menu where you can explore our research articles dealing with some aspect of Tibetan culture. While a number of the art pieces are accessible through the drop down menu, clicking on multiple of the titles on the page itself will take you there as well.

Several of the art pieces involve hover boxes where you hover your cursor over the box in order to watch videos or learn more about an art piece. You can reach the travel pieces through the drop down menu or by clicking on the titles on the page. Finally the links will take you to a variety of sites of interests  which you are free to check out. By using hover boxes, buttons and drop down menus you can explore what our site has to offer, so click away!
